We left Puebla this morning for a long drive across the Sierras to Oaxaca. There isn't much to say about the drive, other than that we got to see an active volcano...
...and a lot of cactus.
We needed to stretch our legs upon arrival, so we walked around the neighborhood. We are very near the old center of the city.
Balam took us on an orientation walk on the way to dinner, and we got at least a glimpse of the old town.
It looks like a marvelous place, and we'll see more in the coming days. Dinner was excellent!
